It is an outer bifolio: last folio and a small inner corner of the first folio of the quire, bearing the signature ה (the fifth quire of the codex). It is a fragment of a Mahzor containing piyyutim of the Palestinian rite, whose many leaves have been identified across various Cairo Genizah collections.
