On fol. 89r, in the end blessing, the letters ר and ך are marked - their numerological value is 220, which could stand for the year 5220 (לפ''ק) = 1460.
Equally, בריך, the Aramaic for 'blessed', could also be read as ב-ריק = in 5230, but this is ess likely, due to the fact that the Yod is not marked.
