Colophon: “And I completed all the work of sacred labor that I did in this book. I, Yequtiel, son of R. Yeqiel, of the family of the ʿAnavim, [completed it] on the third day of the week, on the fourth day of the month of Iyyar, in the year 5046 since the creation of the world [1286]. And I wrote it for my beloved, R. Menaḥem son of R. Moses, may he rest in peace, the judge, the Creator, in His mercy, grant him merit to study it, both he and his descendants and his descendants’ descendants, until the end of all generations. Amen.

And may He fulfill for us the verse that says: ‘This book of the Torah shall not depart from your mouth, and you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may observe and do all that is written in it; for then you shall prosper in your ways and then you shall act wisely.’ [Joshua 1:8]

Be strong, Yequtiel the scribe, and courageous, every reader of it.” (fol. 536v).

On fol. 536v there is a note concerning the sale of the manuscript at Ascoli, 1432–1433.
