According to Sfardata record, note from 2002: "[t]he watermarks copied by Shimon Yakerson clearly indicate that the body of [the volume] was written no earlier than the end of the 15th century and must be rejected. The watermark is in the form of scissors, the closest example of which is Briquet 3688 (1484, 1496) and a ring, the closest example (not exactly similar) of which is Briquet 690 from 1505."
Thus a colophon present in the MS is suggested to be a late copy of the original colophon. The date mentioned in the colophon is 1375.

Byzantium

The colophon mentions Varna (וורנא) but the colophon is a later copy of the original (see above and see Sfardata record).
