Inscription translation: I(1) You I invoke, angels of mystery, whose incantations are esteemed before the god. For hearken and hear, (you) whose name is not ineffable. Now quickly obey me (2) through this incantation, for I require from you (that you) muzzle and fasten the mouth of Dafriy son of Mahfriy. Let him not stand against Maḥlefa son of Gayut, (3) but break the heart and deafen the ears of Dafriy son of Mahfriy, and let him not stand against Maḥlefa son of Gayut. In the name of: Suppressed, threshed (4) and trodden. Amen Amen, than[ks] (be) to [E]l. II (5) On your fire-pans, (6) fire-pans that you brought together(?), (7) you sprinkled salt; you bowed, you cut, (8) you donned the frontlet. III (9) Mahfriy (10) (with) anger (11) and wrath (12) he exorcises you, (13) namely, Dafriy (14) son of IV (15) and g[rea]t rage V (16) Tawat daughter of (17) Gura is pregnant. (18) Mimay is pregnant. (19) (One) made (her) big, (20) like me but not by me. (translation after Segal 2000)
