According to Richler and Beit-Arié Catalogue, this is an "Italian translation of the Roman rite Siddur". In the same catalogue, there is a transliteration of the colophon: "Cassuto (cf. below) transliterated the colophon in Italian dialect: E fu fumita l'opera santa questa dellu libro presente per mia mane, David, figlio de rebbi Menachem de Arli ר״שי qua in Cento nell'anno cincomilla e doi cente e cinquanta nove anni allu criare dellu םלוע a cinque dellu meso de settem[b]ro ט״נר e io sopra ditto aio escritto el presento siddurello per la degnissema et nobel, savia e prodenta, de vertude piena, la gloriosa madonna Bona, mugliare do Bonaventura figlio de rebbi Shelomo רשי de li Hazak[etti] da Esto."
