Sfardata record renders the scribe's name as "יואב (כת"ב) בן (אביר הרופאים) יחיאל <בן יקותיאל> מביתאל."
According to Richler and Beit-Arié Catalogue, Ms. Parm. 1844 was copied by him and his son Jehiel, and also " Joab b. Jehiel copied a number of MSS around 1400, and his son, Jehiel, copied several MSS in the 1420's and 30's, including two in Rieti around 1420."
Concerning Ms. Parm. 1844, Sfardata record notes that the scribes works very closely together with hand changes happening in the middle of the pamphlet. Sfardata record also suggest that the scribes might have written together Ms. CE 5571^ .HEB. 8
I equate this scribe to the scribe of the Parma 2095 on the basis of evaluation provided in Richler and Beit-Arié Catalogue. Sfardata renders the name of the scribe for this MS as "יואב (סופר) בן מנחם יוסף"
