According to Richler's catalogue, "it may be established that" the MS was copied by Nethanel Kaspi (נתנאל בן נחמיה כספי) based on the information about the owner and the possible scribe gathered on the basis of other manuscripts (see p. 161). Since this particular manuscript does not have a colophon, both "scribe unidentified" and "scribe identified by handwriting" options are chosen.
