Name of the scibe is unknown. Identifying him as Maimonides is doubted. See Mordechai Akiva Friedman on this question.
The same scribe as the beginnings of the lines of the glosses. But since he at the end of certain lines he finished his writing hrough connecting the letters, for our purpose it is a different 'Hand'.
