Sfardata record names שם טוב בן שמואל ברוך as the scribe despite the fact that no scribe is mentioned in the colophon. The author of the Sfardata entry states that:
אין ספק בזיהוי הסופר על סמך זהות התכונות הקודיקולוגיות, הנוסחיות והגרפיות.

However, in the absence of the scribe's name in the colophon and absence of the concrete proof for the scribe indentification on the paleographic grounds I believe it is better to leave this question for further examination.
