David of Forlì who copied MS London, BL, Harl. 5686 in Bologna in 1427, MS Vatican, Ross. 555 in Mantua in 1435 and MS London, BL, Add. 199445־ in Florence in 1441 (copyist identified by Tamar Leiter) and MSS 1714,1936, 2041, 2177, 2354 and 3236 (nos. 395, 1245, 407, 337 and 362).
