Colophon: The sacred work of this mahzor, complete for the entire year, was finished by the humblest of scribes, Aryeh Halfan, may his Rock and Redeemer protect him, son of the honourable Rabbi Eliezer Halfan, of blessed memory.

I wrote it for the distinguished Rabbi Menahem Azariah, may he live long and prosper, son of the honourable Rabbi Benjamin of Fano, may his Rock and Redeemer protect him.

Its completion took place on Friday, in the week of the Torah portion containing the verse “And He will do you good and multiply you above your fathers” (Deuteronomy 30:5), in the year 245 according to the minor era [1485 CE].

May the Almighty, who granted us the privilege of writing it, grant him the privilege of praying from it, together with his descendants and his descendants’ descendants, until the end of all generations. Amen, Amen, Selah. May it be His will.
