The sitiation with establishing the date is complex. Ktiv record suggests רי"ז (1457) as the date, however, the notes seems to specify that the date appears in another manuscript, apparently written by the same scribe and lacking the part that, according to the author of the Ktiv record, is preserved in IOM C 47.

I (EZ) was able to identify a colophon that seem to reflect the history of the transmission of the text and not the actual date of copying. It goes as follows:
נשלמה העתקת המאמר הזה אשר העתיקו החכם הגדול הותיק הפילוסוף האהי הידוע ר' שמואל בב''ה החכם הגדול ר' יהודה אבן
תבון זינל בחדש טבת שנת תתקס''ה לפרט ליצירה

תם ונשלם שובח לא' עולם עזריא צעיר
The last line is interpreted by the Ktiv record as an "owner's signature".
I was not able to find in the manuscript a direct mention of רי"ז or any other year coinciding with the 15th century. Additional research on the manuscript is necessary.

Ashkenaz

Place estimation is based on Ktiv record's identification of the scribe as "Yehuda ben Yaakov, who worked in Ashkenaz and copied mainly philosophical works, between the years 1440-1460."
